California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure

At ChicMedWear, we are committed to ethical and responsible business practices throughout our supply chain. We are dedicated to promoting safe working conditions, fair labor practices, and respect for human rights. The following disclosure is provided in compliance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657).

1. Verification ChicMedWear evaluates its supply chain to identify and assess potential risks of human trafficking and forced labor. Prior to engaging with any new manufacturer or supplier, we require them to confirm in writing that they do not participate in or support any form of forced labor or human trafficking. This verification process is handled internally by our operations and compliance team.

2. Supplier Audits We conduct both announced and unannounced audits of suppliers on a routine basis. These audits assess labor practices, wage compliance, and worker treatment, and may include on-site visits, interviews with workers, and review of documentation such as time records and wage sheets. Audits are performed either by ChicMedWear personnel or trusted third-party auditing firms.

3. Certification All suppliers must sign our Supplier Code of Conduct on an
annual basis. This document certifies that:
- No employee is under the legal minimum working age (and in no case under age 15);
- Employment is voluntary and workers are not coerced;
- Employees are free to leave at the end of their shift;
